Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your books for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and in original packaging.

Books that show signs of wear, damage, or marking are not eligible for return. However, if an error was made in packing or if your book arrived damaged, we'll replace it at no cost.

Damaged Books

If your book arrives damaged, please:

1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
2. Keep the packaging and contents
3. We'll send a replacement or arrange a refund

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@thelittlelightkeeper.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos (if damage is the reason)

We'll provide you with a return address and further instructions.
